Refunds & Exchanges

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke or personalised items.

Orders for bespoke items are not covered under the distance selling regulations so therefore do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made.

Sew Stitchy will offer a replacement product for any items damaged in transit but no refund will be offered.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
